OK. I loved "This Is It", and "The Kings Speech".
This Is It -- if you have any interest in music, music production, event production, or Michael Jackson -- wow, this movie was incredible. I happen to have an interest in all of the aforementioned areas... so this was your standard homerun.
Watching MJ, his pure connection with everything he was doing -- music, dance/choreography, background, production.... He is/was a true genius. There are so very few people in the world like him: those with the combination of raw talent, innovation, differentiation, vision, capable of seeing something from inception/concept all the way through to delivery. Steve Jobs......... Bill Gates...... Oprah....... MJ.
The King's Speech -- I just saw this in the theater and I have to say that it was one of the best cliffhangers i've seen in quite some time. No, there were no actual cliffs, or action, or thriller-type motifs.... but man, i had to stop myself from biting my nails and grinding my teeth during this one. Colin Firth and Geoffery Rush are awesome!!
I work in Tech and Real Estate. I love both of them.
